Here are some eye exercises you can do to relieve eye stress and eye strain:

While sitting in a comfortable position, rub the palms of your hands together until warm. Close your eyes and protect them with the palms of your hands for a couple of seconds. Do not put pressure on the eyeballs. Repeat this for a couple of minutes.
